Open Settings → Plan to review your current plan and available add-ons. You can also ask Milian about your included features, effective capacity and current offers. With an active paid plan, choose Manage add-ons beside Optional add-ons to open the same configurator as your current plan. Select your quantities and review the payment before confirming. This keeps your current billing interval. For example, if one concurrent line is included, select a total quantity of 2 to purchase 1 extra line. The payment confirmation uses your existing subscription’s billing currency. Changing the workspace display currency does not change an existing contract. An add-on added during a billing period may have a prorated first charge. The plan overview distinguishes included services, purchased optional add-ons and current offers. A customer workspace receives its provider’s retail offers. The provider’s own workspace uses the platform catalog.
  • Capacity already includes all applied allowances and additional purchases. Do not add the purchase quantities again. A capacity displayed as unlimited has no numerical plan limit.
  • Included services have zero additional price. The subscription summary shows the total price for each purchased quantity.
  • Graduated tiers charge each quantity band at its own unit price. One purchased unit can represent a block, such as 1,000 contacts.
  • A monthly tiered offer can include annual prices at twelve times the final monthly prices, as one annual add-on. An explicit annual offer takes precedence. Existing annual contracts keep their paid terms.
  • The current plan price comes from its verified contract. If the current contract price cannot be verified, Milian will say it is unknown; this does not mean the plan is free.
Cancellation at the end of a period keeps access until that period ends. Payment problems can reduce current access even while a plan name remains visible. Current features and capacity describe the applied access.

Add-ons without a plan

A prepaid workspace (pay as you go, no paid plan) can buy optional add-ons on their own. Open Settings → Plan → Optional add-ons → Buy add-ons, choose the add-ons and quantities, and complete checkout. This works on the platform catalog and on a provider’s own catalog alike.
  • The workspace keeps its free-tier features, capacity and credits as the base. Purchased add-ons apply on top and renew with the chosen billing interval.
  • Add-ons that the free tier already includes are not offered again.
  • Manage add-ons on the same card changes quantities or adds further add-ons later. To end the last add-on, cancel the add-on subscription under Manage billing.
  • Choosing a plan later moves the purchased add-ons into that plan’s subscription; you do not pay twice.

Key telephony rules across plans

  • Verified Caller IDs (own numbers): Verify numbers you already own to show on outbound calls. They incur no monthly number fee. Prepaid accounts use the platform default quota; if blocked at 0 slots, upgrade to Plus (5), Pro (10), or Agency (20).
  • Complimentary marketplace DIDs: Agency workspaces include up to 3 local numbers in supported countries (Austria, Canada, Germany, France, United Kingdom, United States) at no extra monthly fee. Plus and Pro workspaces purchase marketplace numbers as needed.
  • Marketplace number rental: All plans (including Prepaid) can buy as many marketplace numbers as needed (unlimited across all plans, including Prepaid). Numbers are billed monthly at live marketplace rates. For example, standard German local numbers (Ortsnetz) are €2.50/mo + a one-time €5.99 setup fee (live checkout price is authoritative; older marketing mentions of €2/mo are outdated).   • SIP trunks and carrier import: Connecting your own carrier accounts or BYO SIP trunks is never restricted by plan number limits.

Voice creation and credits

Voice cloning is a plan feature. Open Clone a voice directly; the creation button shows Create · free while your allowance remains, then Create + X credits. The charge is made once for a successful creation. Stored voices have no plan capacity limit or recurring storage charge. The standard plans include a one-time allowance per workspace: Prepaid 0, Plus 1, Pro 3, Agency 5 free creations. An upgrade increases the total allowance; renewals, plan changes and deleting voices never reset the number already used. Whitelabel plans may define their own allowance. Voice Cloning and Extra Cloned Voice Slots are no longer offered as new add-on purchases. Existing purchase records remain available. Calls using a cloned voice consume the normal usage credits.

Add-on trials

Direct Famulor customers can try Whitelabel, Loop Cloud PBX, Fallbacks & Guardrails and Revenue Autopilot when a trial is offered in Workspace → Plan. The offer shows the free days and recurring price. A card is required. Complete checkout to start; simply opening checkout does not activate the trial. After the trial, the add-on automatically continues at the accepted monthly or yearly price unless you cancel renewal. Cancel in Workspace → Plan before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Cancellation keeps access until the end of the trial or paid period. Failed payments remain subject to the workspace payment restrictions. Each workspace can use each service trial once, across monthly and yearly offers. Trials do not change your existing plan, included features, usage credits or phone-number charges. Reseller customers cannot use these trials. Selecting an add-on in the regular plan purchase buys it immediately; use Start free trial for the trial checkout. If a new plan already includes a service you are trialing separately, cancel that add-on’s renewal in Plan settings before purchasing the plan. This prevents two paid subscriptions for the same service; the remaining trial stays available.
