# Support

> How to reach the Famulor team, what to include in a request, and enterprise support options

We're glad to help with setup questions, bug reports, and feature requests.

## Support options

### Instant help & ticket creation with Milian

For immediate support, chat directly with **Milian** — your AI copilot built into the dashboard:

1. **Instant answers & live diagnosis:** Send your question or problem directly to Milian. Milian inspects your workspace settings, call events, and error logs in real time to diagnose issues immediately.
2. **Tickets for platform problems:** If Milian finds a problem on our side — a bug, an outage, or something only our team can change — it prepares a support ticket for you, together with what it checked. If the cause is a setting, your plan or credits, or your own carrier or app, Milian helps you fix it right away instead of opening a ticket.
3. **Reference tracking:** Keep the generated `SUP-…` reference ID to follow up with Milian or check status at any time.

Never include sensitive credentials, passwords, or payment-card data in your chat.

### The Support menu

Open your profile menu (bottom left) and choose **Support**. There you find the community, the documentation, **Feedback** for ideas and bug reports, and **Support by Milian**, which diagnoses the problem with you before it creates a ticket.

### Priority Support

If your plan includes **Priority Support** or you booked the **Priority Support** add-on, the Support menu also shows **Priority support**. Describe the problem and choose **Send request**: Milian first checks your workspace — platform status, plan and payment, credits, phone numbers and recent calls, then the affected assistant, calls, automations and the documentation, with every check shown live — and suggests a fix. Only if you answer that it did not solve the problem is the request sent — together with Milian's diagnosis and your workspace and plan details — and our team handles the ticket with priority. Tickets that Milian or the [API](/api-reference/introduction) creates for your workspace are prioritized the same way.

### Tickets

Under **Support → Tickets** you see all your support requests with their status (open, on hold, resolved), the team member handling each one and new replies. Open a request to read the whole conversation and reply directly — replying to a resolved request reopens it. You can do the same through the [API](/api-reference/introduction) and the MCP tools.

The number beside **Tickets** and the bell at the top of your dashboard show unread replies. Open a ticket to mark its replies as read; the badges update automatically and disappear when no unread replies remain. Opening the ticket list does not mark any replies as read.

You can also list tickets with `famulor list-support-requests` and open a conversation with `famulor get-support-request SUP-…`.

With notifications enabled in the mobile app, you also receive a push there. Tapping it opens the app; read and answer the ticket under **Support → Tickets** in your browser. This uses the existing app notification support and does not require a new app version.

When our team replies, you get an email — and a browser notification if you turned notifications on — with a link that opens the request directly. If you have the request open at that moment, the reply simply appears there.

### Community support

Join our official community on Skool at [https://www.skool.com/famulor](https://www.skool.com/famulor). Connect with other voice AI builders, exchange prompt templates, ask questions, and share best practices.

Enterprise customers receive a designated personal point of contact with a direct email and preferred direct channels (Microsoft Teams, private chat, or direct phone support), backed by guaranteed SLA response times and priority engineering escalation — see [Enterprise](/enterprise) for full details.

## What to include in a request

To speed up troubleshooting, include:

* Your workspace or account identifier
* The assistant ID, campaign ID, or phone number involved
* An approximate timestamp and timezone
* Expected behavior vs. actual behavior
* Relevant screenshots or API request/response samples
